A 10yo rye whiskey from the team at Whistle Pig. Made with a 100% rye mashbill, matured in virgin American oak casks and then finished in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 50%.
Tasting Notes
NOSE Allspice, orange peel, aniseed, oak, char and caramel.
PALATE Sweet with hints of caramel and vanilla followed by rye spice and mint.
FINISH Long and warming with butterscotch and caramel.
