The first of the Springbank Sherry Wood series. This 10-year-old Campbeltown single malt initially matured for seven years in first fill bourbon casks, before being aged for another three years in Spanish oak Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Big helpings of dark, sticky fruit lend themselves to this expression, bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
