Launched in 2021, The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is the first whisky in a new ‘innovative’ series of single malts. Inspired by the brand’s link to nature for nearly two centuries, the Harmony Collection explores the world of sustainable packaging. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan worked with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca as well as Casa Cacao chocolatier Damien Allsop to produce this limited release. Made with whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned European oak casks and sherry-seasoned American oak casks. Presented in a 100% recyclable gift box, made from cacao husks, a natural by-product of chocolate production. Bottled at 44%. (Bottle size 750ml)
