Glenlivet's outstanding Nàdurra range ('Nàdurra' means 'Natural' in Gaelic) is filled with small-batch whisky, bottled at cask strength without any chill-filtration or additional colours. This one comes from batch OL0516 (2016 Bottling), and was matured in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks. (60.4% ABV)
Tasting Notes
NOSE
Lots of juicy sherry, honey and toasted barley, with toffee and fruitcake.
PALATE
Dried fruit, combining with nuts, vanilla sponge and spice from nutmeg and cinnamon.
FINISH
The finish is of good length with stone fruit and dry oak.
