Compass Box Roques Banquet

Rogues' Banquet from Compass Box is a particularly flavoursome and generous blended Scotch whisky, made with a combination of malt whiskies from Miltonduff, Clynelish and Glen Elgin, alongside grain whisky from North British. Good few references to previous Compass Box bottlings on the label, see if you can spot them all. One to share with friends when you get a chance to enjoy their esteemed company.

Tasting Notes

NOSE
Toasted marshmallow, juicy papaya and apricot, a whiff of waxy peels.

PALATE
Still packed with fruit, though now with nutty malt and almond croissants. Wonderfully creamy stuff.

FINISH
A flourish of fresh ginger appears behind rose, honey, caramelised nuts and autumnal leaves.
