Re-released in autumn 2019 with a new look, Arran Quarter Cask has been matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels for seven years before being finished in American oak quarter casks for a further two years. Finally, it's bottled at a generous 56.2% ABV.
Honeyed malt balanced by oaky spice and a whiff of bright citrus.
Coconut and almond, followed by apricot and pineapple. Black pepper and menthol.
Lingering cherry and cinnamon on the finish.
